2. Application and Counseling Fees

• Fees paid for counseling, consultation, university admission, or visa processing services are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced or the application has been submitted to a university or authority.
• If you have paid for a service but wish to cancel before we have started work or submitted your application, please contact us immediately. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. Third-Party Payments

• If you have made payment directly to a university, examination board, or accommodation provider, their refund policies apply. GEES is not responsible for refunds from third parties.
• We will assist you in communicating with partner institutions, but cannot guarantee any refund outcomes from third parties.

4. Visa and Government Fees

• Visa application fees and government charges are non-refundable once paid, regardless of outcome, unless otherwise specified by the relevant authority.

5. Special Circumstances

• In exceptional cases, such as documented medical emergencies, or university course/program cancellation by the institution, we may consider a partial refund, minus administrative and processing costs.
• Requests must be submitted in writing with relevant supporting documentation.

6. How to Request a Refund

• To request a refund, please email info@globaleducationexpert.com with your name, payment details, and a clear description of your situation.
• We aim to review all refund requests within 10 business days. Eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method whenever possible.
